The registration fee for the Run for Climate Change is non-refundable once the payment has been processed. Your registration fee helps us cover the costs of organizing the event, including permits, environmental initiatives, event materials, and other operational expenses.
In the event that the Run for Climate Change marathon or event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, extreme weather, or government regulations), participants will be offered the following options:
Refunds will not be provided for event cancellations unless otherwise stated by the event organizers.
If you are unable to participate in the event for any reason, you may request a deferral of your registration to the next event. Please submit your request at least [X days/weeks] prior to the event date to be eligible for deferral. Please note that deferrals are subject to availability and may require additional fees.
Transfer of registration to another participant is not allowed. If you are unable to attend and wish to give your spot to another person, we recommend that the new participant registers directly for the event.

Please note that refunds are not available for event-related merchandise, such as t-shirts, medals, and other items, once purchased. We encourage you to double-check your order before making a purchase.
