1. Customised BIBs: Please register at least 15 days prior to the event date in order to receive a personalised BIB with your name on it.
2. Non-Transferable Registration: Discounted registrations cannot be transferred. Participants who have enrolled must utilise the BIB that has been assigned to them.
3. BIB Expo: The BIB Expo will be held at the assigned location one day before the event. On the day of the event, BIB Expo will not be held.
4. BIB Collection on Behalf of Others: In order to obtain a BIB, an individual collecting BIBs on behalf of other participants must provide a consent letter from the registered participants.
5. No On-Spot Registration: There won't be any opportunity for on-spot registration. To guarantee their spot, participants must register in advance.
6. BIB Exchange: Participants are not permitted to trade their timing BIBs with other individuals. Because each BIB is distinct, only the designated participant should utilise it. Any participant will be eliminated if they are discovered wearing another person's BIB.
7. Appropriate BIB Positioning: Participants must wear their BIB prominently on their chest. You will not be included on the winner's list if you wear the BIB on your back.
8. Email information: The registered email address will be used to distribute any information pertaining to the event.
1. luggage Counter: Participants will be able to safely keep their goods at the venue's luggage counter.
2. Medical Support: A specialised medical staff will be on hand at the event site and at several locations along the route, and ambulances will be positioned along the route.
3. Hydration Points: To help participants stay hydrated, there will be water stations spaced out at regular intervals of one to two and a half kilometres
4. Restroom Facilities: For the convenience of participants, restrooms will be available at the start/finish location and throughout the course.
5. Timing System: For timed runners competing in the corresponding categories, timing systems will be available at the start/finish line, 5 kilometres, 10.5 kilometres, and 21 kilometres.
6. Route Marking: To help runners stay on the right path during the half marathon, the route will be prominently marked with arrows and other markers.
7. Zumba Pre-Event and Post-Run Cooldown: Participants can warm up with Zumba before the event and cool down with a post-run cool-down.
8. Volunteers and Route Marshals: Volunteers will be on hand at hydration stations and other areas to offer assistance, and route marshals will be positioned at various points throughout the route to guide participants.
9. Start and Finish Line: To ensure a smooth racing experience for competitors, the start and finish lines will be well-marked and structured.
10. BIB with Timing Chips: To precisely record their race times, competitors in the timed divisions (42.195 km, 21.097 km, and 10K) will be given timing chips.
11. Medical Aid Stations: There will be designated medical aid stations along the route, manned by medical personnel and stocked with supplies to help any participants who require assistance.
12. Energy stops: Alongside hydration stops, energy stations will be positioned thoughtfully around the course to provide participants with fruits, energy gels, or other dietary supplements to help them perform well during the race.
13. Route Entertainment: At certain locations along the route, there may be cheering squads, Dhole, or music to keep the spirits up and participants motivated.
14. Photography and Videography: To record special moments of the participants' journey, expert photographers and videographers may be positioned at strategic points. Participants will have access to these images so they may relive their marathon experience.
15. Finisher Medals and Certificates: As a memento of their accomplishment, runners who successfully complete the race will receive finisher medals and certificates. As a souvenir of their involvement in the Marathon, these keepsakes can be treasured.
16. Post-Race Refreshments: Participants will have access to post-race refreshments following their completion of the race.
17. Event items: As mementos or memories of the event, official Marathon items, like t-shirts, caps, or wristbands, could be offered for sale.

19. Lost & Found: To help runners find any misplaced belongings during the marathon, a special Lost and Found section will be established at the event site.
